Simple Gaming Community

Our community spans multiple games and has been playing together for many years. We were first founded on Final Fantasy XI (Ragnarok Server). The members of this linkshell on Ragnarok eventually joined a mercenary linkshell and made their way to play Final Fantasy XIV. 

On Final Fantasy XIV (1.0), two members (and eventually 3) of the Final Fantasy XI linkshell joined a linkshell named Kindred Eternal. After some minor conflicts between the leadership of that linkshell, Simple LS was formed on Ridill with the three FFXI members and some new friends made along the way. We gamed together from September 2012 until the servers went down in preparation for A Realm Reborn.

Following A Realm Reborn's launch, Simple was moved to the Hyperion server where our Free Company was founded on August 16, 2013. Our original 1.0 members brought many friends along and our FC grew rapidly. While the FC tried to establish itself as an endgame community, the process was not successful as a result of scheduling conflicts and other issues that arose. Soon after the implementation of The Second Coil of Bahamut, Simple FC went social, with a main raid group representing the free company as a whole.

This raid group went on to claim server 3rd FC during the server's prime progression season. The server has since seen a decline in hardcore raiding, but the members of the FC who raided continued to progress with the herd and clear at a competitive rate.

We pride ourselves on having several successful endgame groups while still maintaining a fun and welcoming environment for our 100+ members, many of which are valued social members. In our downtime, some members have branched out to make a Diablo 3 NA-based clan and a Star Wars: The Old Republic guild on the Harbinger server (Sith Empire side). We have also joined a private Final Fantasy XI server (Legion Dark) and established a linkshell there. With the Heavensward expansion, Simple FC has made the transition into being an endgame FC once more. At our peak we had eight endgame statics participating in Alexander - Midas, and as of patch 3.3, we continue to have at least five established endgame statics, 3 of them having completed the Burden of the Son (Savage).
